V. Bidder qualification requirements:

(1) Manufacturers or distributors with independent corporate legal person status, with a registered capital of 500,000 yuan or more.
(2) Bidding products must have product inspection report
(3) The battery must have a product production license
(4) The bidder (except the manufacturer) shall provide legal and valid business license for solar panels, storage batteries and LED lamp caps (refer to the manufacturer or manufacturer's office for the only valid business license for the project);
(5) Foreign companies in Dalian must have an after-sales service organization (providing a contract or authorization document) registered with the industrial and commercial authorities.
6. When you register, please bring a copy of the business license of the legal person, a copy of the tax registration certificate, the certificate of legal person or the power of attorney of the legal representative and the identity certificate of the authorized person, the product inspection report, the battery production license, and the relevant after-sales service agency certificate in Dalian. (Provide a business license, contract or authorization document); the agent must also provide legal and valid business license for solar panels, batteries and LED lamp holders during the bidding process of this project (refer to the manufacturer or manufacturer office for the project only) For the valid business license, the above information must be provided with a copy of the original and the official seal, and the applicant can be registered after passing the qualification examination.
7. Time for registration and sale of bidding documents: Every day from September 10, 2009, 8:30-11:00 am 1:30-4:30 pm
