5. Qualification requirements for bidders who purchase street lamps:
(1) Bidders should have independent legal personality
(2), the light pole production enterprise bidder has a product production license
(3) The street lamp production unit participating in the bidding shall pass the GB/T1900-ISO9001: 2000 quality system certification.
(4) The street lamp production unit participating in the bidding has a registered capital of more than 10 million yuan.
(5) The bidder must have the corresponding qualifications required by the project, and the officially registered manufacturer or agency.
6.
