Fuhua Investment Co., Ltd. Suzhou Fuhua, Dongbei Overseas Company and Yiyuan Overseas Company have jointly established a new company to produce LED Light Bar in Suzhou Wuhua Factory. The total investment is estimated to be NT$80 million. The equity of the three parties and the proportion of investment. They are: 50% (40 million) of Dongbei offshore companies, 40% (32 million) of Suzhou Fuhua and 10% (8 million) of overseas companies.

Fuhua mainly produces backlight modules, which are now transferred to LED backlight modules. Yuyuan and Dongbei are engaged in LED chip and LED packaging, production and development respectively. The new company is operated by Fuhua led LED Light Bar. Dongbei and Yuyuan provide materials, technology and quality verification assistance.

Fuhua and Yuyuan and Dongbei jointly established a new company in Suzhou Wuhua Plant in Fuhua, and Fuhua led the LED Light Bar production and operation. Dongbei and Yuyuan provided materials, technology and quality assurance assistance.

In the future, through the integration of LED upstream and downstream resources (upstream LED Chip + Midstream LED Package + Downstream LED Light Bar), it will effectively enhance the integration benefits and product competitiveness of the three parties.
