Fuji Xerox white LED light source scanner technology won the lighting technology award

[High-tech LED News] Fuji Xerox recently announced in Tokyo, Japan that its color scanner technology using white LED light source won the 2011 Lighting Technology Award from the Japan Lighting Engineering Association. The technology was developed by Fuji Xerox and its subsidiary Fuji Xerox High-Tech Co., Ltd.

Fuji Xerox's innovative application has successfully overcome the problem of uneven brightness and chromatic aberration of ordinary LED lamps. Only one-third of the energy consumption can achieve 1.5 times the brightness of conventional equipment xenon lamps. This new LED light source scanning technology greatly improves energy efficiency, convenience and productivity compared to traditional xenon lamp scanning technology.
