After the completion of all the renovations, it is expected that the annual electricity consumption will be about 5.1 million kWh, the annual standard coal will be saved by 2,040 tons, the annual carbon dioxide emission will be 5,100 tons, and the number of replacement lamps will be nearly 100.
Cost: The renovation fee does not need to be paid by the owner. The concern of the owners is that they have to pay for the green community to pay for the developer. Owners don't have to pay for it. After the lighting system is upgraded, the energy saving rate will increase and the community energy bill will be reduced accordingly.
