As incandescent lamps are eliminated, energy-saving lamps will also be red cards.

Now thinking about how China's energy-saving lamp industry is innovating and transforming is not only an inevitable task for energy-saving lamps companies, but also a matter for the Chinese government to prepare for danger in advance.

China's energy-saving lamp industry innovation transformation principle

1. Environmental principles


   Energy-saving lamps contain mercury or amalgam, while LEDs do not contain mercury, so LEDs are more environmentally friendly than energy-saving lamps.

In the early days, to promote LED lights, Europe and the United States have no requirements for the PF value of low-power LED lights, but this is not the past. It believes that this is one of the sources of grid pollution, and gradually began to pay attention to the PF value of LED lights. Therefore, under the premise of the same color temperature, color rendering, and light efficiency, the price has been linked to the PF value.

Therefore, based on environmental protection principles, innovation transformation must put PF value first. The PF value is as high as possible and the THD% is as low as possible. In the European and American markets, energy-saving lamps with a PF value exceeding 0.90 are permitted, and the LF value of the "LLC AC LED lamp with APFC" of the present invention is greater than 0.95.

2. High reliability principle

The long life of LEDs must match the high reliability of the power supply. Investigating the failure cases of a large number of LED power sources, the main causes of failures in diagnosis are the "electrolyte" of electrolytic capacitors, optocoupler failure, and integrated circuit failure. The lowest temperature rise ensures high reliability of the power supply.

3. Energy saving principle

Energy saving, pollution-free and sustainable are the development principles of the future industry. Therefore, the LED industry must try to improve the light efficiency (lm/W) of the products, improve the efficiency of electric power (PO/P1N), and improve the energy efficiency of the whole lamp (including the light effect of the lamps). ).

3.1 LED lighting effects

The highest luminous efficacy of contemporary energy-saving lamps is that the luminous efficiency of energy-saving lamps has gradually saturated. The LED's light efficiency improvement is in the “power” refresh.

It is speculated by quantum theory that chips of different materials have different limit light effects. As far as the currently known L ED materials are concerned, the limit light efficiency is as high as possible. In the future, if new LED materials and processes are invented, it is possible to refresh the limit of light efficiency.

The industry predicts that the LED chip light efficiency may exceed 200lm/W in 2015. However, new LED products are very expensive and have to wait half the price every 18 to 24 months.

3.2 lamp power efficiency

The power efficiency is the ratio of the lamp power PO to the input power P1N, that is, PO/P1N.

The LED lamp power is the voltage of the LED string, multiplied by the current IO of the LED string.

The input power P1N is the input voltage U1N multiplied by the input current I1N. This is unique when the input power is DC. However, when the input power source is an AC mains grid, there are many non-charged harmonic currents that are worth considering how to harm.

"LLC AC LED lamp with APFC" (patent pending) applies harmonic current to DC current source, effectively reduces input electric power and improves electric power efficiency under the premise of equivalent output power.

3.3 LED light energy efficiency

The ratio of the lumens of the whole lamp to the input power, including the efficacy of the luminaire, is called energy efficiency, which is one of the parameters that can visually understand the comparability of performance.

The light effect of the luminaire involves the light transmission of the luminaire material and the reflectivity of the luminaire. It is also necessary to comprehensively consider the artistic perception of the luminaire to meet the needs of different countries and consumers. It is difficult to simplify the design and development process.

LED industrialization must be grasped: the use of cost-effective "lm / W" as the principle of purchasing LED chips (warning the value of LED chip backlog time shrinkage), and the use of the highest possible power efficiency topology, that is, the premise of the same lamp power Under the circumstance, the input electric power P1N is minimized, and the energy efficiency of the whole lamp can be operated.

4. Principles of sustainability

The invention is based on the familiar LLC topology of the traditional energy-saving lamp industry, and changes the original energy-saving lamp power to the AC LED lamp power. Innovation finds ways to overcome the traditional “half-bridge straight-through” dangers of traditional LLC and enhance the reliability of traditional half-bridge LLCs.

Based on the HV-LED DC high-voltage LED light string has been industrialized, the two strings of DC HV-LED light series can be upgraded to AC lights in reverse parallel connection (but the existing HV-LED has internal damage caused by reverse soft breakdown). ).

Using innovative packaging technology and technology, the positive and negative electrodes of two identical LED chips are connected in parallel to each other in the same phosphor cover lens (patent pending), and become a true AC LED lamp bead that can be freely combined.

Applying magnetic integration technology, the APFC inductor and the winding that recovers THD% harmonic energy are assembled into a three-column core, which not only improves the PF value, but also effectively improves the efficiency of electric power.

Based on the above advantages, the present invention can be used for high-power LED street lamps, indoor lighting, flat lamps and other LED lights of various powers and various lamps.

Now the 28W T5 lamp with a luminous efficacy of 105lm/W is much lower than the 28W lamp with a luminous efficacy of 105lm/W. However, it is predicted that the unit price will drop after 2015, and it may be the same as the energy-saving lamps with the same power and the same light efficiency. Then, before the energy-saving lamps are eliminated in 2015, the invention will be applied to fluorescent lamps as soon as possible, or there is market competitiveness. .
