North Korea develops LED light new energy products to achieve integration of production and sales

According to North Korea's "Labor News" reported on June 9, North Korea's Bright LED lamp factory uses cutting-edge technology to produce a variety of independent research and development of new energy products, has formed a production base of green energy products, and achieve integration of production and marketing.

The report pointed out that the bright LED lamp factory uses advanced Korean independent technology. The factory's LED research institute has independently developed green, non-polluting indoor, outdoor and functional LED lights that can be used to decorate interior and building facades. The factory production workshop environment is resistant to temperature, moisture and dust. The production of the product is carried out in a “single-line multi-product” mode – hundreds of production equipment can be produced from 1W, 5W LED lamps to 200W high-power modules in one production line. 85 kinds of products, such as LED lights, get the maximum output with the least investment. The plant also built a remarkable SMT project, which can produce LED circuit boards and other circuit board products using LED light board manufacturing technology and automatic optical inspection technology.

The production line of the factory can intelligently classify the finished products according to the conditions of light, color and electric constant, and then check the products with high and low temperature test, waterproof test and impact test, which reflects the development of the green energy product base. Bright LED lamp factory caters to the requirements of the era of knowledge economy, and uses various means such as e-commerce to sell products, realize integration of R&D, production and sales, and build the factory into a technology-intensive enterprise.
